The Ethiopia 10-15 t/h livestock and poultry feed production line project constructed by RICHI is about to be put into operation! This project is the largest and most advanced feed mill in the state.
The entire project mainly constructs two 1,000-ton corn steel plate warehouses, a 100-ton soybean meal warehouse, and finished product bulk warehouses. It adopts fully automated production equipment, centralized monitoring, informationized data collection, automatic temperature measurement and ventilation for storage, and bulk finished product transportation to realize the transformation from raw materials to fully automated operation from entering the factory to leaving the finished product.
This new modern intensive livestock and poultry feed factory that integrates intelligence and greenness adopts RICHI’s advanced process design and fully automatic complete sets of efficient equipment, which can effectively reduce production line operating costs, increase production capacity, and comprehensively improve feed and breeding quality. A ration that provides energy and nutrients necessary for healthy growth of cattle, sheep, and chickens.
Ethiopia’s total livestock population ranks first in Africa and tenth in the world, including 35 million cattle, 21 million sheep, 16.8 million goats, and 1 million camels. It is truly a big country in animal husbandry. However, the development of the country’s feed industry is slow, and simple powder equipment is mostly used, which seriously restricts the development of the country’s animal husbandry.
In order to further expand and strengthen the scale of the livestock and poultry industry, improve the industrial layout, and improve competitiveness, the customer joined hands with Richi Machinery to build a 10-15 t/h livestock and poultry feed processing project in Ethiopia, which is rich in agricultural resources, and make full use of RICHI’s expertise in feed equipment Professional R&D strength in the field to create a new benchmark for large-scale and intelligent feed equipment and engineering in Ethiopia!
