RICHI MACHINERY has completed commissioning of an 8 T/H broiler feed production line in central Thailand, addressing the growing demand for fast-growth poultry diets.

Market Context

Thailand’s broiler sector is a key contributor to national meat production. Producers require high-performance feed to achieve optimal growth rates and feed conversion ratios while minimizing production costs.

Raw Material and Formulation

The feed formula integrates:

• Corn and rice bran for energy
• Soybean meal and fish meal for protein
• Limestone, salt, vitamins, and trace minerals

The line produces starter, grower, and finisher feed with uniform pellet size and minimal fines.

Production Line Design

Key equipment includes:

• Automated batching and weighing systems
• Hammer mill for size reduction
• Twin-shaft mixer
• SZLH series pellet mill with steam conditioning
• Cooling, screening, and bagging units

Automation ensures accurate ingredient proportions, and continuous monitoring maintains consistent pellet quality.

Installation and Trial Production

Equipment delivery occurred in November 2025. Mechanical assembly and electrical integration were completed in December. Trial production verified throughput of 8 T/H, high pellet durability, and consistent moisture levels.

The line enables local farms to produce high-quality broiler feed, improving growth performance and profitability while supporting Thailand’s poultry industry modernization.
