The biomass fuel processed by this turnkey pellet plant project is made of sawdust, bark, tobacco stems, pine cones, waste wood and other waste materials as the main raw materials. After crushing, extrusion, cooling, packaging and other processes, it is finally made into environmentally friendly fuel with the characteristics of high calorific value, full combustion, clean and environmentally friendly. It burns smokelessly and odorlessly, and its sulfur content, ash content, nitrogen content, etc. are much lower than coal.

It is used to bake tobacco leaves, which not only solves the problem of alternative fuels, but also solves the problem of environmental pollution, protects ecological resources, and has a significant effect of reducing labor, truly liberating villagers from the heavy physical labor of traditional baking, and achieving the purpose of reducing labor and reducing costs.

The presence of biomass combustion pellets can effectively solve the problem of difficult temperature control in baking for local farmers, and can also save labor hours, reduce labor and reduce costs. Using biomass particles for baking, the baking cost is much lower than that of coal, the labor cost will also be reduced, and the pollutant emission will be reduced by 50 kg/room, with significant economic benefits, social benefits and environmental protection effects.

Benefiting from the “biomass burner”, under the influence of environmental protection, energy saving, labor reduction, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, many local villagers are increasingly favoring new energy baking rooms.

In recent years, the local area has actively promoted low-carbon precision baking measures, formulated a clean energy development plan based on development conditions, resource conditions, and baking room layout, and people have invested in the construction of biomass combustion pellet production lines, which can basically meet the use of existing biomass burners every year and achieve self-sufficiency.
