The raw materials of Malaysian biomass fuel pellets mainly come from oil palm shells and wood waste. In addition, some plant wastes such as straw, miscanthus and palm leaves can also be used as raw materials. As for the exporting countries, Malaysia’s biomass pellets are mainly exported to Europe, Asia and North America.

Among them, the European market is the main export market for Malaysia’s biomass pellets, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and other countries. In addition, Malaysia’s biomass pellets are also exported to Asian countries such as Japan, South Korea, China, etc., as well as the United States and Canada in North America.

About the installation and commissioning arrangements after the equipment is received:

If you have received all the equipment you ordered from RICHI MACHINERY, please notify the salesperson who is connected to you in time. And prepare the following materials in advance so that we can arrange technicians to come to the site to guide the installation and commissioning.

Material preparation:

1. Photos of your biomass pellet plant, photos of raw materials, photos of transformers, and photos of the main line connected to the workshop.
2. If there are auxiliary equipment that you need to prepare yourself (for example: transportation, pits, foundations, hot air furnaces, etc.), you must also provide photos of these. And you need to send a video of the normal operation of the auxiliary equipment you prepared after powering on in advance. (You need to install and test the equipment of non-Yulong Company in advance)
3. You need to prepare industrial closed gear oil. (The gear box of the pelletizer is not filled with gear oil when it leaves the factory, and you need to prepare it yourself after receiving the goods)
