Need details quotation with parts pictures and specifications.”

From the content, this customer is a multinational operator who lives in the UAE all year round, but owns a fish farming base in Sudan, Africa. He plans to invest in the construction of a fish feed production line, while taking into account the processing capacity of ordinary animal feed, and requires us to provide equipment quotation and detailed drawings and technical information with 0.5 tons and 1 ton production specifications.

This client lives in the UAE all year round. He is a medium-sized investor with many years of agricultural and breeding background and a strong sense of industry. He owns a fish breeding base near the Nile River in Sudan.

The main breeding species include Nile Tilapia and African Catfish. The annual output is stable and the market is mainly for Khartoum and surrounding cities.

Due to the lack of industrial feed production system in Sudan, most feeds rely on imports or traditional wet feed mixed feeding, which is inefficient, wasteful and polluting. Therefore, the client decided to build a modern fish feed production line to ensure the supply of its own breeding base while selling some commercial pellets to surrounding farmers.

In addition, the client also plans to gradually expand the livestock breeding business such as cattle and sheep in the Sudan project. To this end, he hopes that this production line can be compatible with the processing of animal feed pellets to maximize the investment value.

Raw material for this project

The UAE is located in the Arabian Peninsula, with an arid climate and limited agricultural resources, but it has a sound logistics system and strong purchasing capabilities. Therefore, customers choose to import some raw materials to Sudan through the UAE to ensure the protein content and nutritional structure of fish feed.

The core raw materials of fish feed mainly include the following categories:

• Fish meal: mainly imported from Oman, Peru or Mauritania, and transported to Khartoum through the Abu Dhabi port;
• Soybean meal and rapeseed meal: partly from Sudan’s domestic oil pressing enterprises;
• Corn meal, wheat bran, rice bran: purchased locally, Sudan’s agricultural resources are relatively abundant;

Process details: Integrated compound feed pellet production technology

1. At the beginning of the feeding stage, the system automatically selects to enter the crushing system from the raw material bin according to different formula requirements. For fish feed, soybean meal, corn, wheat bran, etc. need to be refined to a certain particle size by a crusher to ensure uniform subsequent puffing; while the crude fiber materials in the animal feed part require a stronger crushing disc to improve the crushing efficiency.
2. The crushed materials are accurately weighed and distributed according to the formula settings by the fully automatic batching system, and then enter the mixer. The mixing system is a double-shaft paddle type with a liquid addition port, which can realize the precise injection of additives such as oils and enzymes, especially suitable for the addition of premixed liquids required for fish feed.
3. Entering the pelleting stage, the fish feed uses floating fish feed extruder machine with high temperature and high pressure instant extrusion function, and the produced particles are hollow structure with excellent floating performance. Animal feed uses a conventional ring die small animal feed pellet machine, which is suitable for processing cattle and sheep feed with high particle density requirements.
4. The fish feed pellets then enter the multi-layer dryer to remove excess moisture and ensure the storage stability of the finished product; then they are sprayed with grease, which is an important step to improve the palatability and nutrition of fish feed. A vacuum spraying system is used to ensure that the grease fully penetrates the surface and interior of the pellets.

All pellets are cooled by a cooler, and dust and unqualified pellets are removed by a screening system. Finally, they are weighed, bagged and sewn by an automatic packaging scale. The entire process is highly automated, with low labor intensity and simple operation.
