Recently, the construction of Turkey’s 20-ton animal feed plant project has progressed smoothly. The plant has been basically completed and equipment has begun to be installed. It is expected to be officially put into production in November this year.

The client of this project is a modern agricultural enterprise with poultry production, sales and processing as the leading industries, integrating scientific research, production and trade. Since 2016, it has developed multiple poultry breeding bases using the “company + farmers” cooperation model.

At present, two large production workshops, a poultry disease laboratory and a feed analysis room have been built. Most of the mechanical equipment in the production workshop has been installed. Technicians are hoisting the scales. The comprehensive office building is being built at a rapid pace. The main roads around the factory area are hardened, and ancillary projects such as greening on both sides of the road and paving of sidewalks are also being improved.

The company has introduced complete professional instruments and equipment for poultry disease detection and feed testing. After the project is officially put into production, it can reach an annual production and processing capacity of 300,000 tons of feed, with an annual output value of about 900 million yuan.

At present, the production area of ​​this feed mill engineering project has basically completed the civil construction, and the equipment has been basically installed. Finally, the circuit installation is left. After the installation is completed, it will immediately enter the equipment debugging stage. After the debugging is completed, it will immediately start trial production. If there is no problem with the trial production, it will be officially put into production. The production area will be completed and put into production at the end of August.
