Recently, the Malaysia biomass pellet production line project undertaken by Richi Machinery was officially put into operation.

The wood pellet processing plant project is a key demonstration project to effectively connect rural revitalization.

In May 2022, the Malaysian customer of the project built a new 1,200-square-meter standardized workshop to build a biomass pellet making plant project. The project planning and design, wood pellet machine production line equipment purchase, installation and commissioning have been completed, and construction was officially started on the same day.

This biomass pellet production line project mainly uses raw materials such as crop straw, sawdust, grain husks, wood chips, and wood scraps to make biomass pellet fuel to provide fuel for industrial production and residents’ lives.

The project has a total investment of US$400,000, produces 15,000 tons of biomass pellets annually, and has an annual output value of millions of US dollars. The commissioning of the project promotes the comprehensive utilization of local crop straws, effectively solves the problems of environmental pollution and safety hazards caused by wood processing waste, and has high ecological, economic and social benefits.
