The Indonesian high-end aquatic feed project with an annual output of 100,000 tons, constructed by Richi Machinery, is about to be put into operation! The project targets the market for special aquatic products such as Nile tilapia, clarias catfish, milkfish, white-leg shrimp, common carp, pangasius catfish and asian tiger shrimp.

The production line of this aqua fish shrimp feed mill project adopts RICHI’s new generation of unique aging technology and strict production standards. The entire project is full of challenges from design to construction. In particular, the RICHI delivery team faced complex delivery environment. From the overall planning in the early stage to the actual situation on site, the project was ensured to be delivered on schedule with complete construction plans and organizational guarantees.

The production line of this project adopts a unique aging processing technology. The shrimp feed is steamed at a temperature of 95 degrees for about an hour, and the fish feed is also steamed for about half an hour. Its functions are:

• 1. Ripening and sterilization, reducing the incidence of disease;
• 2. Improving digestion rate, remove anti-nutritional factors, and grow quickly;
• 3. Increase the gelatinization rate, increase stability, and prevent water damage;
• 4. The temperature is not high, just like steamed rice, retaining nutrients;

The entire aqua feed mill project uses RICHI equipment, micro pulverizers, mixers, fish feed pellet making machines, floating fish feed extruder machines, fish feed dryer machines, vacuum sprayers and a series of high-efficiency equipment to ensure stable and efficient production for Indonesian customers.
