Recently, the 30-ton-per-hour fully automatic feed mill project undertaken by RICHI Machinery is about to start trial operation. The construction site of the project is Anhui Province, China.
The pig feed mill covers an area of 20.9 acres and will start construction in April 2023. It mainly builds 3 intelligent pelleting production lines, as well as multiple high-standard 10,000-ton raw material bulk silos, grain silos and finished product bulk silos. It is a key project built by the local area and an important measure for the customer’s full industrial chain system construction layout. It is a strategic guarantee for achieving development strategic goals.
The customer of this project is a well-known local feed company, and this project is its second feed mill in the local area. The customer company insists on using animal feed factory project construction to drive industrial clustering, build feed, breeding, and slaughtering processing bases, and comprehensively promote the integrated development of the industrial chain.
At present, the customer company has completed an investment of nearly 500 million yuan in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, including the basic completion of the construction of a 1 million-head full industrial system.
This professional pig feed factory with an output of 30 tons per hour was developed and constructed according to high starting point, high standards and high requirements.
Starting from biosafety control and designing in accordance with international advanced concepts, the factory adopts RICHI complete set of intelligent production technology, realizing full bulking from raw materials to products (bulk in and out); using powerful information technology, it realizes full automation of the production process (automatic car washing, automatic sampling, automatic unloading, automatic production, etc.); and makes full use of IoT big data to realize intelligent management of energy, logistics and orders from farm to factory.
The whole process is less manpower, high efficiency and traceable, ensuring the stability of product quality.
After the feed mill factory is officially put into production, it can meet the high-quality feed needs of 50,000 sows and 500,000 fattening pigs, and create more than 30 new jobs. It is expected to achieve an output value of nearly 100 million US dollars. Its completion and production will help customers create a benchmark for intelligent manufacturing in the feed industry, effectively enhance industrial agglomeration and extend, supplement and strengthen the industrial chain, and accelerate the pace of customer companies towards modern, high-quality and efficient development of the entire industrial chain.
