Following the stable and efficient operation of the 10 t/h premix feed mill project, the 10-ton wood pellet production line project, and the straw pellet production line project in Thailand, the high-end pig feed project with an annual output of 120,000 tons customized by RICHI for Thai customers has also been officially put into operation recently!

The client company is an integrated agricultural enterprise integrating scientific research, production and trade, with high-quality chicken breeding as its leading industry. In order to further improve the quality of feed and breeding and realize the diversified development of the enterprise, we worked together with Richi Machinery to create this feed project with advanced process design, energy-saving and efficient equipment, and high degree of automation to meet the production of high-quality pig feed.

• In order to ensure that feed nutrients are not lost, suckling pigs like to eat without getting angry and grow quickly, the pig feed production line adopts RICHI’s characteristic aging process and fully nutritious rice cereal to reduce costs and maintain nutrition, which can effectively prevent viruses such as African swine fever and achieve maximize breeding efficiency.
• It adopts medium temperature comfort + low temperature granulation to maintain the activity of exogenous substances and realize the formula value of nutritionists;
• The raw material is fully matured to eliminate the anti-nutritional factors in the raw material and reduce the urinary enzyme activity, so that the suckling pigs will not have diarrhea when eating;
• Can produce high-grade suckling pig feed for 7-21 days old;
• Comprehensive nutrition, equivalent to “completely nutritious rice noodles” in infancy. The suckling pigs will not get angry when eating and are easy to absorb;
• The granules are comprehensive in nutrition, soft and not hard, and the whey powder does not stick to each other. Suckling pigs especially like to eat;
• The entire project uses RICHI livestock feed mill equipment, including a series of high-efficiency equipment such as hammer mill feed grinders, feed mixer machines, and pig feed pellet machines, to provide guarantee for the stable and efficient production of the customer company.

• Fully wide open door for discharging, with fast discharging speed and extremely low residue; silicone sealing strip is used to ensure no material leakage during the mixing process;
