In recent years, with the rapid development of green organic agriculture, the market demand for organic fertilizers has continued to increase. Recently, the Russia organic fertilizer production line project undertaken by RICHI has entered the final stage of equipment installation and is about to be put into operation.

In order to solve the problem of agricultural waste disposal in Russia and meet the market demand for organic fertilizer, the client of the project, a biotechnology company, accelerated the construction of the bio-organic fertilizer project and used the existing factory to build a bio-organic fertilizer project with an annual output of 36,000 tons.

The total construction area of ​​the project is 7,000 square meters, including facilities such as fermentation workshops, storage yards, packaging workshops, and finished product warehouses. The project adopts a unique aerobic fermentation technology to achieve rapid composting and fermentation of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure and garden pruning branches to produce high-quality, environmentally friendly and efficient bio-organic fertilizer.

As a key local organic fertilizer production project, the project can produce 36,000 tons of organic fertilizer per year after it is put into operation, with an estimated annual output value of more than 3 million US dollars. The project mainly collects livestock and poultry manure from local cattle farms and pig farms to make organic fertilizer, drive the surrounding areas to replace simple chemical fertilizers with bio-organic fertilizers to improve the quality of agricultural products, help Russia’s agricultural construction, and effectively improve the surrounding production and living environment.

The organic fertilizer processing plant will cooperate with local farms to provide special fertilizers for farms, reduce pollution, ensure soil fertility, save farm management costs from the source, promote farm efficiency, and increase farmers’ income. At the same time, it will promote the quality and efficiency of local characteristic industries, reduce local agricultural non-point source pollution, promote local organic agriculture construction, and help brighten the local ecological “base color”.
