Recently, RICHI undertook the expansion project of a feed mill factory in the United States. The client company of this project was established on April 6, 2007. It mainly produces special aquatic feeds and currently produces 15,000 tons of marine fish feed and 10,000 tons of shrimp feed annually.

Due to the needs of enterprise development, the customer intends to use the existing production plant space, production lines and corresponding supporting facilities, introduce advanced production equipment, and carry out renovation and expansion to improve production capacity.

The reconstruction content of this project is as follows:

1. The original marine fish feed is a kind of puffed feed. In order to expand the scope of use of the product, the name of the original “marine fish feed” is changed to “puffed feed”.
2. The original 110-type ultrafine pulverizer is replaced with a 180-type ultrafine pulverizer;

The expansion content is as follows:

1. Add 11t/a of puffed feed production capacity;
2. Add corresponding production equipment such as elevators, mixing systems, sprayers, dryers, and modulating puffers;
3. Add a set of “pulse dust removal + biological deodorization + spraying” and corresponding exhaust pipes.

After this reconstruction and expansion feed mill engineering project, the production scale of the feed company can reach 60,000 tons of feed per year, including 30,000 tons of shrimp feed and 30,000 tons of puffed feed.
