On February 19, 2025, the Mexican organic fertilizer production project built by RICHI was officially put into production.

In order to promote high-quality, efficient, green and safe organic fertilizers, improve the soil structure for planting, replace chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers, and reduce the use of chemical fertilizers, the project client, an agricultural company, introduced advanced organic fertilizer processing equipment from RICHI MACHINERY, hired professional organic fertilizer R&D personnel, and established an organic fertilizer production line with an annual production of 30,000 tons of organic fertilizers, which not only solved the environmental pollution problem of livestock and poultry manure in local farms, but also solved the problem of local farmers’ difficulty in purchasing.

Biological organic fertilizers can condition the soil, activate the activity rate of microorganisms in the soil, overcome soil compaction, and increase soil air permeability. Reduce water loss and evaporation, reduce the pressure of drought, reduce chemical fertilizers, reduce salinity damage, and improve soil fertility while reducing the use of chemical fertilizers or gradually replacing chemical fertilizers, so as to significantly increase the production of food crops, cash crops, vegetables, and fruits. It can also reduce environmental pollution, is safe and non-toxic to humans, animals and the environment, and is an environmentally friendly fertilizer.

Organic fertilizer can not only improve the quality of navel oranges and increase sales prices, but also improve the growth of vegetables and fruits, effectively increase production, and significantly increase fruit farmers’ income. At the same time, the client company has formed a technical promotion team to help fruit farmers improve scientific planting and fertilization, minimize fertilizer consumption, maximize fertilizer efficiency, and eliminate problems such as improper fertilization and fertilizer waste.
