In order to promote the ban on straw burning in the entire region and broaden the channels for comprehensive utilization of straw, the project client, a Kazakhstan agricultural company, introduced RICHI straw processing equipment and invested in the construction of a straw processing project. After active promotion, the project was officially launched on August 1, 2024.

The main equipment of this straw processing project is mainly composed of a grass cutter, a straw crusher, a straw dryer, a screening machine, a belt conveyor and an extruder. After crushing, turning, heating, screening, dust removal and extrusion, the straw is processed into feed bricks that can be stored for a long time and easily transported, and sold to surrounding areas. This project solves the environmental and air pollution problems caused by the random discarding and burning of crop straw that cannot be disposed of, and also accelerates the comprehensive utilization of crop straw.

After the project is officially put into operation, the daily straw processing capacity can reach 70 tons, and the production and processing of straw can reach more than 20,000 tons, realizing the utilization of straw as feed. After the project is in stable operation, equipment such as straw pellet machines will also be introduced to further broaden the channels for straw processing and utilization.
