Recently, the Indonesian annual production of 50,000 tons of organic fertilizer production plant undertaken by RICHI was officially put into production. The commissioning of this plant fills the gap in local organic fertilizer production.

The production process of this organic fertilizer production project is to crush furfural residue and sheep manure in a certain proportion, and then ferment them. The fermentation is mainly high-temperature sterilization, generally 15 to 20 days. During the fermentation process, it is turned over once every three days when the temperature reaches 60 degrees. When the temperature reaches 50 degrees, we will carry out the next step of production for the fermented finished product out of the pool.

The commissioning and operation of the organic fertilizer production plant will play an important role in solving and reducing the pollution problem of livestock and poultry manure in rural areas, improving the living environment and production and living conditions of the masses, reducing the use of chemical fertilizers, improving and enhancing soil fertility, realizing the recycling and sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry, and achieving agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income.

The customer of this project purchased organic fertilizer raw materials in January 2025, including 4,500 tons of sheep manure and 1,500 tons of furfural residue, totaling 6,000 tons, all of which have been fermented, and it is expected to produce 50,000 tons of organic fertilizer annually.

The total investment of the project is US$820,000, covering an area of ​​5,800 square meters. It mainly builds a centralized agricultural waste treatment center with an annual processing capacity of 55,000 tons. Agricultural waste such as livestock and poultry, manure, tail vegetables, and straw will be processed into organic fertilizer through aerobic fermentation, aging and other processes. After the equipment is put into operation, it will produce 50,000 tons of organic fertilizer annually, build a waste agricultural film recycling center, and recycle 800 tons of waste agricultural film annually, which will play a positive role in improving the local production environment.

Through the implementation of this organic fertilizer production line project, local economic development will be promoted, local fiscal revenue and residents’ income will be increased, the recycling rate of mulch film and straw in the county will reach more than 90%, the resource utilization rate of livestock and poultry manure will reach more than 80%, and the comprehensive utilization of food waste will reach more than 45%, which can effectively improve and protect the ecological environment and promote the high-quality development of agriculture and animal husbandry.
