Recently, the first phase of India’s bio-fermented feed project with an annual output of 150,000 tons was put into production. The client of this animal feed mill plant project, a bio-environmental protection technology company, began to enter the new track of distiller’s grains biological feed in 2020, starting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure. During the period, it overcame many difficulties and ushered in today’s development milestone.
This annual production capacity is 150,000 tons of distiller’s grain biological fermentation feed (the first-phase product scale is 100,000 tons/year, and the second-phase product scale is 50,000 tons/year).
The first-phase project has completed the main construction, equipment installation and debugging, and successfully completed trial production. The fermentation animal feed production line project will be constructed by RICHI Machinery, with a planned total investment of no more than US$4 million (including equipment and civil construction investment).
The project is completed and put into operation, which is a milestone moment in the development of the client’s distiller’s grains biological fermentation feed business. It is also a new starting point to promote the transformation and upgrading of the client’s business structure and enter a new stage of high-quality development.
It is worth mentioning that in recent years, while the client company has accelerated the market layout of the distiller’s grains biological fermentation feed business, it has also been committed to the value development of other brewing by-products and promoted the company’s product upgrades.
