Walking into the construction site of Bolivia’s 12-15 tons per hour feed pellet production line project, large machinery is running at full speed and shuttling around the site, and workers are working hard to meet deadlines and catch up with progress.
The project covers an area of 2,000 square meters and plans to invest 2.7 million US dollars, of which 560,000 US dollars are invested in equipment. The project mainly builds 2 livestock and poultry feed production lines, 1 ruminant feed automation production line, and a new animal nutrition research center and comprehensive housing, etc., and improves supporting facilities such as water, electricity, and environmental protection.
The project started construction in September 2023. At present, the main project of the plant has been completed and is about to be completed, and the surrounding supporting facilities are taking shape.
According to customer feedback, it is planned to complete the main project construction by the end of August this year, complete the installation of production equipment and all supporting ancillary facilities by the end of November, complete equipment commissioning by the end of February 2025, and officially put into production and operation in March.
After the project is completed and reaches full production, the annual output value can reach tens of millions of US dollars, which can drive employment of more than 20 people, and can also promote the development of agricultural product planting, logistics, catering and other industries. At the same time, local farmers can save costs by using the company’s products to feed livestock and poultry, which will generate huge social and economic benefits and become a strong engine to promote local economic and social development.
