Recently, the Russian livestock feed processing plant project was put into operation.
The project covers an area of about 13 acres, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons. It will build one pig feed production line and one nursery feed production line, as well as feed production workshops, raw material warehouses, office buildings, supporting rooms and other facilities. It mainly produces special feeds for breeding pigs, piglets, fattening pigs, etc., which can meet the needs of 200,000 pigs for breeding and fattening. It is the local single-plant feed production plant with the largest production capacity.
The client company is a modern agricultural and animal husbandry enterprise with pig breeding as its main business. It has advanced equipment, automatic batching system, and finished products in bulk. Relying on local resources, the client company has built an industrial chain model integrating pig breeding, pig breeding, feed processing, and animal health care. It has established more than 10 breeding and supporting projects in the local area, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 heads.
The animal feed processing plant project is a key link in the layout of the entire pig industry chain and an important part of the local meat production base. After production, the livestock feed production line project will fill the gap in the client company’s local production base and further improve the company’s product supply capacity.

All raw materials must pass the secondary washing, disinfection, and drying before entering the site; during production and processing, the Russian national quality standards are fully implemented for production management to ensure that the produced feed is environmentally friendly, green, safe and reliable.
